all in a row

"Do you want us to come and get you?" Max spoke to Dayton on the phone. "Geoff is worried sick about you."

"Is he?" Dayton seemed happy about that. "Well, I think Ruby could, you know, get me home. I mean, we're just in Iowa, you know."

"Where are you going to stay?" Max questioned.

"I'd like to stay with you if I could, but how does Chris feel about that?" Dayton sounded as if he'd gotten off to a bad start with Chris.

"Geoff wants you home. He told me so, himself. He wants you come home." Max told him.

"Home? The farmhouse?" Dayton sounded as if he didn't know where that was.

"If you want to come here first, I can go with you if you want."

"I want Oliver." Dayton then said. "I want to see Oliver."

"Well, I guess I could do that, but what on earth for?" Max squinted as he watched Chris now with Chloe. He was rocking her in their favorite chair. She was taking a bottle.

"Just because."

"Will you call Geoff?"

"Well..." Dayton didn't have an answer to that.

Max was giving Geoff this number as soon as Dayton hung up. Really, this shouldn't be his nor Chris' problem.

Dayton ..wanting to see Oliver..hmmm..I'm glad Max made that decision to let Geoff take care of this.

Yeah, Chris and Max really shouldn't be having to deal with all of this... Dayton just needs to go and talk to Geoff! Maybe he'll ask Oliver for advice...

Dayton really does need to talk to Geoff.

Max can take care of this. I hope. Well, someone needs to meet Dayton face to face.

I'm thinking Dayton might be a compulsive liar.

Haha cool story about the haircut, and actually I got that idea last night from a dream. It was pretty weird, it just felt like a movie running through my head.
